This is something that is always on my mind when people think about investing in stocks. They always check the buy/sell ratings like they are gospel. Yes, you can get some very good info from the sale-side reports, but when investing this shouldn't be your only stop! Investors need to do their own DD and not just go with an analysts report! The companies that make these ratings are most of the time heavily invested in these companies...why would they suggest to 'sell' something they own? It just does NOT make any sense to me. Please tell me how you guys feel
