I have put myself into a really bad financial situation. My girlfriend of three and a half years and I have been living togather for about two years. We signed another 13 month lease togather in january and broke up just a month later because I found out she was cheating on me.
She desperately needed a car in january of 2016, her credit was trashed so I went ahead and got a 2007 chevy malibu financed in my name with her as a cosigner.
She essentially moved out, but left alot of her personal belongings here (including her cats) she still comes by whenever she wants and there's nothing I can do about it because she's also on the lease.
She is dead broke, works part-time as a teaching assistant for minimum wage. She refuses to pay any rent and hasn't since February. Around 80% of the time she will not pay her car note/insurance either so it falls on me.
I am 21 years old making around $30k annually My fico score is at 764 I have $5500 in liquid cash Bringing in $450-$550 weekly after tax depending on overtime

My lease isn't up until 3/8/2018 and at this rate the car won't be paid off for a few more years. I can't afford to live like this, and I can't have my cheating ex girlfriend coming by the apartment that I pay over a grand every month for, whenever she wants. I need advice on how to get myself out of this terrible spot I've put myself in.
