We're looking at upgrading our washer and dryer and I really like the idea of the all in one units. This model from LG gets a lot of great reviews but has some pretty off-putting negative ones as well, all of which seem to be the norm for this style washer/dryer.
I feel like this kind of appliance is more common overseas (I'm in the US) where space is more limited. I'm wondering if there are models that are more common outside the US which have better reputations, and which would be safer bets.
For what it's worth, I live in the southeast and from May-October can do most of my drying outside on the line. It's the rest of the year when I need to actually have indoor drying abilities.
