20 years old, 25k in bank, 0 debt, good paying job/career, living at home, reliable car, already investing in my retirement through my job. Making around 35k-40k a year. Looking to make a decent return within 5-7 years. Can be anything from flipping a house to purchasing stocks, what would you do?
