In the words of Liz Lemon, "I want to learn to do that thing that rich people do where they turn money into more money."
I'm in my 20's and starting to finally build up some savings past my needed rainy day fund. As someone who never took any financial classes, I had the impression that investment basically just happened via the stock market. Now I'm starting to realize that there are multitudes of ways to invest out there.
So I was wondering if you could tell me some of your favored investment methods. I'd also appreciate if you could let me know about how risky you feel that they are and about how much effort you feel that they require in order to do.
