I'm having a hard time deciding on my future path. I've been with this company for 1.5 years and am thinking of moving on at the end of the year. I've been matching the company's contribution of 8% to my RSP but it requires for 3 years of employment to be fully vested from the company's contribution.
Is it worth it to stick through the suffering of a shitty job for another year to reach 3 years or will I be alright to end up leaving and losing about $10K from the company's contribution.
Current age is 24 with ~15K vested ~19K total in RSP.....
