Hi Everyone, I am a bit stressed right now, as I have $1000 of payment reversals in my student loan payment history. I used Visa Gift Cards to make two payments of $500, and obviously it seems they didn't go through.
I am frantically searching for my cards, but I may have thrown them away (stupid mistake on my part). I am thinking of going to the places I purchased them from and getting them reissued.
Great Lakes should have the card information on file, correct? Since I gave it to them when I initially made the payment, so is that an option?
Does anyone have any advice for this situation? Thanks!
