Recently sold a old classic car for $10,000. I want to pay off my current new car that I have about $8,200 left on it, if I put the whole $10,000 in my bank account will the IRS say something about it and I have to pay for the taxes on it? Will I have to put it on my w-2? Location is in Texas.
