When I moved in with the Mrs, our toilet paper consumption went absolutely crazy. I wondered for a while if my wife stayed skinny by eating tp. While I am not prone to impulse purchases I bought a bidet for just under $20 on Amazon. There are several non-powered options available in this range - just do a quick search. There was an adjustment period in getting used to a cold spray to the button-hole, two months later I can't imagine going back to regular tp. We now go through one roll a week instead of one roll a day.
