Prettt self explanitory. Me and my boyfriend have a roommate on our lease that refuses to pay their part of the rent. We have asked them to leave so we can get a more reliable roommate but they refuse saying, "I refuse that ultimatum, i'm still on the lease."
She has eaten away about $10,000 of our savings, and now we are living paycheck to paycheck with this dead weight around our neck. Please help us decide what we can do.
