I ordered a bunch of stuff from J.Crew 6 months ago that I didn't open until today. I assumed the stuff would fit and feel the same as my past purchases but the quality of their pants feels like it has gone way down.
What do you think will happen if I return by mail using the prepaid mailing label? Will they at least give me store credit? I've heard that the people at their retail locations are strict about the return window.
