- can handle larger particles (German Shepherd fur)
- doesn't actually need to be "for life", but durability is why I posted in this specific sub
I can try the ol' filter-on-a-box-fan trick in the open area of the house, especially come winter, but my bedroom needs something more compact ASAP. As it is, I have to clean out my gaming rig almost once a week due to the high density of the particulates.
Current options are between two Germ Guardians models, this and this, and something from Winix, maybe the WAC9500.
