This Sony bluetooth headset is 4y/o and been used everyday. The cushion padding is like that only since 3 months.I bought it for 70 euros, worth the price all the way.
The equity structure of this start-up I joined allocated 15% of the equity pool to employees — and yet our boss accidentally gave out more than 15%. Now, he wants everyone to give some shares back. This feels like breach of contract. What should I do?
