Creating a pipe lamp and need a little help on the wiring. The base is a old 35lb barbell weight and then pipe pieces make up the rest. About 4 ft off the ground I have a receptacle box for 2 plugs. Basically desk height for a laptop or phone charger. Then a little higher up I have a light switch box and then of course up top I have two light bulb sockets. Basically I'm looking for someone with a bit more knowledge of wiring to help me out. I am a bit confused about my potential ground wire and how it factors going from the receptacle to the light switch.
