It feels like it would force the value of the dollar to plummet, but at the same time, I'm not really sure since those dollars already exist, and they wouldn't exactly be going into circulation.
The place where I think the biggest effect would be seen would be overseas/abroad, where banks would suddenly see a huge amount of their controlled assets plummet.
I'm just curious if those who better understand macroeconomics could explain what impacts we would really see?
