I have $3,000 in an IRA that I am putting $50 a week into. I have an emergency $3,500 in an account I don't touch. I work at a family owned car wash and I'm living in a 2 bedroom apartment for $600 a month. Currently looking for a roommate so I can start to put away some more money. I budget pretty well, my car is fully paid off, but at 103,000 miles, so you never know. I'm just wondering what my next step is. I don't make enough consistently to buy a house either.
