Saturday afternoon while on vacation in South Africa we received a call that my girlfriend's father had killed himself the night before. Just looking for any advice that can help her out. She has one younger brother and her parents were divorced so as far as I know (in the US) much of the legal stuff will fall to her. Her father apparently has a will and one of his 2 older brothers is the executor. He owned a condo which he subleased one room to someone and a truck. That's pretty much all the info we have right now, currently on layover in London waiting to board a flight back to the states. Any advice on how to handle his finances (he had a good bit of debt apparently), condo, car or anything else we may not be thinking of would be extremely appreciated.
