My roommate bought a Fridge on 1/29 used at an "appliance warehouse" type store. Was about 400. It had a small issue (which we didn't notice until later) where it didn't close if you just let the handle go, you literally had to come back and close it (or make sure to follow the door all the way until it closed), which is just not a habit we were into. It was left open and failed. (Not sure if the former had anything to do with the latter but, benefit of the doubt)
We told the warehouse place that it failed, sans some details obviously, and they said that only labor is included, we'd have to pay for the parts, and, we'd have to get it there ourselves. (We have no way to do this)
Now we're looking at just giving up and making the purchase again but correctly. I'm just soliciting this subreddit's opinion on exactly how to do that.
Anybody have any opinions?
Thanks
