We downsized from 2500 s/f to 1600, not by any means a tiny house. But we're experiencing some adjustment because we'd always bought in bulk. This new place doesn't have the basement storage to allow for hauls from Costco of large quantities of canned and paper goods. Now it's a tiny pantry. I gave numbers in my head of the what each roll of toilet paper used to to cost vs what a small package costs now. Can you offer some perspective on how to justify paying more to store less?
