So I ordered this Wiha bit set on Amazon from Amazon itself and the condition was advertised as new. But the set looks used. All the bits have partially flattened ends, some have red particulate matter on them and the tools themselves have scuffs and dings. Also, there's grease spots on the paper that came with the box. I thought maybe the manufacturer tests them before they ship them out? Does anyone know what this is about? Sorry about the quality of the photos, or lack thereof.
