My mother lives in Section 8 housing in Virginia. Along with various other ridiculous maintenance issues over the time of her living there, she currently does not have hot water. It has been over a month now; it's literally just cold water, no warmth. They don't keep any kind of maintenance records on file and they keep putting it off to come fix the problem. What should she do in this situation? Is there someone to report this to?? Any advice is extremely appreciated!
