I apologize if this isn't the right sub for this. I am looking to make an app, and am pretty clueless as the hurtles I will have to face in getting it published. This isn't an app I would really like to get money off of either. I won't go too into detail, but it's basically a panic button for people in recovery from drugs/alcohol/gambling. All of the free software I'm finding is telling me that anything I create with it is their intellectual property. I probably have around $400 to get this off the ground.
