I'm an electrician working on a construction site. Another guy was hustling tacos in the morning for $2/ea. It was pretty popular but he didn't consistently bring them and hasn't at all recently. I think the door is open for me to step in. What suggestions do you have for me as far as... 1. Cheap ingredients I was thinking eggs, beans, and sausage. What do you think? 2. Transportation (keeping warm from production to consumption) Is individual foil wrapping in a cooler good enough? 3. Pricing Should I stick with $2? That price has produced lots of sales before. Do you think it's a good price? 4. Production timing Do I have to wake up crazy early to do this or can I make them the night before and throw them in the oven or microwave in the morning?
