Looking for something like farm wives would have had, emphasis on thick and durable for repeated harsh washing and sun drying rather than thread count and "luxury". my Mom describes them as "You'd get them for your wedding and use them for your funeral shroud." (She might not be joking.) Do they even make such a thing anymore?
