As the title explains, I just received a notice. I'm just getting back on my feet and attending to everything I need to pay off. I did receive one notice related to this and quickly made arrangements for payments and was later sent a notice stating since I have made arrangements then the process of my taxes or wages being garnished will be put on hold and to wait at least 4 weeks before filing taxes, which I filed almost 8 weeks later. I'm not sure if it's related to these particular loans or others, which I may not know until I call. What are my options at the moment and how can I use this to my advantage if I cannot get my refund back. Thank you in advance!
