Like I said, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but here's my situation.

I recently bought a car used car. When dealing with the finance manager he pitches the extended warranty. I got screwed with my last car on the extended warranty.

With my last car I bought the extended warranty from a VW dealership, then they sold it to some other company, which were horrible. I had a terrible experience with them.

Wanting to avoid having this situation again, I asked the finance manager multiple times if the extended warranty was actually Hyundais (my new car) warranty, or if a third party was going to pick it up.

He assured me that what I was buying was the same as having the Hyundai warranty that comes with as new car. The used car I bought came with a warranty up tp 50,000 miles, and what he told me was that by buying this extended warranty, I would be getting the same warranty that comes with the new cars (100,000 miles). Also, that this warranty would stay with Hyundai.

Well, last night I got my extended warranty policy info from a company called Continuous Customer Care.

I am pissed, his guy lied to my face for 5 minutes and watched as his lying led to me sign away $2,500.

I would like to know what I can do in this situation. I will most certainly be filing complaints with everyone I can. I will also pay him a visit in person, but I would like to get some feedback here and educate myself on what I can do in this situation before that.

Any help is greatly appreciated, also if anyone can direct me to a more appropriate sub, that will also be appreciated.
