For some background: This is for wedding invitations for close friends whom I'm a bridesmaid for. I am taking over the design, print, cut and assembly of all invitations, program, place-cards etc. We're trying to do as much DIY as possible using materials and machines at home (high-quality printers, silhouette cameo, and cutting/embossing tools. For the design they want for the wedding invitation, I'm looking for a cream paper that is thin and smooth, like what is used in moleskin and other luxury notebooks. The problem is, I am having a lot of trouble trying to place a name to this type of paper - google searches provided a weight of 60-70gsm, (which I think is 16-20lb paper?) but the texture of the paper is eluding me, since it's difficult to judge texture by just an image, and the employees at Joann's Hobby Lobby and Michaels did not know either.Any help will be greatly appreciated. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2oJxAzD
