I am in MA in the US. My younger brother passed away with around 20k in savings. I am filing probate to become the executor of his estate as he had no will. The money will be used to take distributions to fund trips for our family (this was his passion). I am unsure if these funds passing to me will incur any inheritance or estate taxes. Would someone be able to comment? Thanks!
