I have found some great deals on PM, though I'm not buying Lulu or Coach, which might make a difference. It can be time consuming, but one thing I've done is search 2 keywords and then order lowest to highest. I'd expected to find meh, condition problems, and bland there, but have been pleasantly surprised. EX: found an awesome, mint Barbara Wiggins duck egg blue distressed leather messenger bag for $10 described as "vintage old purse.' I have also ridden refresh for new closet listings at 2am, and that has been good too. And it does really depend on the seller. As a lifelong thrifter Im well aware that what an item is "worth" has nothing to do with what youve paid for it, and everything to do with what someone will pay. I try to sell at a price that is a good return on my investment, and if I look hard, I find many sellers who do the same. Things def are cheaper on Ebay, tho.
