New to investing...

So I have a Traditional IRA and a ROTH IRA. Since I am also under a retirement plan at work, I do not get to deduct any of my IRA contribution this year.

So basically I have a 1) Traditional IRA with both pre-tax and post-tax money, and a 2) Roth IRA with post-tax money.

Is there better investments for these accounts? For example, it would make more sense to invest in REITS, or Dividends, or Annuities, etc?

Thank you!
