So i was just offered a job as a full time, creative manager of an escape room. My job will be knowing how everything works, managing the crew and finances as well as coming up with new ideas for new rooms and keeping things fresh and interesting. I will also be in charge of troubleshooting errors in the machinery (trap doors, displays, interactions within the maze) and the computer and monitoring system.
About me: I'm 25 years old. I have a degree in electrical engineering with a minor in business management. I've got 2 years of managing businesses, and 7 years in customer service/retail.
The owners of this company asked me what i think my pay rate should be and I don't know. What do you guys think is an acceptable starting pay for this position and for my qualifications?
