I use Mint and got a targeted advertisement to sign up for Fundrise.com. Looking over the fundrise website, it appears that a $10k investment would yield a 8.75% annual dividend. This seems unrealistically high. I read through the disclosure statement and there didn't appear to be anything in there that would make me doubt the dividend. I'm sure there's a catch, but I don't know what it is. Has anyone here invested with them before? Are these advertised dividends realistic or are there tons of hidden fees that eat up the gains?
