I'm currently paying around 200$ a month for car insurance. Unfortunately, I have to have a car, so my question is, what is the most frugal options for car insurance? Do you just choose basic? I've seen commercials for car insurance companies that charge 15$ a month. I've been told to stay away from them, why do people recommend this?
