It's a pretty rough and optimistic calculation, basically: (liquid assets + investment account + retirement account + indexed house value + value estimate for passive income) - all debt. Things like car, TV etc. are all valued at 0 and basically seen as 'expenses'.
It feels like a huge thing that's been coming for months now, but nobody in my life gives a lot about PF, so I'm celebrating it with you guys :)
