I own a duplex in rural Wisconsin. It's been a good source of income but I am trying to sell it for personal reasons.
The price I'm asking is low, and it is a profitable duplex, I net $300 a month from it. But for the life of me I cannot find a buyer.
I do have a realtor. But he says nobody is interested.
So if you, as an investor, are looking to buy a rental property. Where are you looking? How can I position my house as a good investment?
