I feel a little ill after watching this. It was a an eye-opener to things i didn't already know, and a reminder for what I did already know but seem to forget so easily in our consumer-frantic society.
It's a focus on fast fashion (cheap clothes that are produced quickly, bought often, and thrown out after a few wears). It really goes into the detrimental effects it has on the garment workers, the planet, and the consumers.
