$CAFD plunged by as much as -13% aftermarket, after they mentioned in their earnings that $FSLR wanted to sell their stake in order to fund their Series 6 rollout.

I'm trying to decide if I want to buy more CAFD shares as FSLR's exit wouldn't directly impact CAFD's financial performance and their operation as a solar utility yieldco. CAFD is also benefiting from the glut of solar panels (cheaper solar plants to buy).

But if SunPower doesn't find a partner (or a weak one), they could abuse CAFD by forcing it to buy overvalued projects, like what SUNE did with their two yieldcos.

EDIT: TIL that Total SA owns 66% of SunPower's shares.
