In February, I noticed over 1,600$ worth of fradulent charges on my Capital One card. I immediately called them and reported the charges as fraudulent. They credited the amount of the charges, issued a new card and opened an investigation.
Today, I got a letter from them saying that one of the charges showed no indication of fraud. No mention of the other charges. They are putting the charge back on the card. The charge is over 300$ for a music festival. The other charges were also for online tickets. This looks like fraud to me, but apparently not to Capital One.
What can I do? The letter I received has no contact info, just a general contact number. I really don't want to pay for this 300+ charge.
