I found a unique oil painting--signed by the painter--at Goodwill. I really like it a lot. However, the frame--and it's well-framed...clearly framed professionally--is very, very old-fashioned and a little dirty and chipped. I like the painting, so I bought it.
So my question is this: If you were me, would you have the painting re-framed (professionally) or would you leave it in its current frame?
