Just wanted to let you know that charter raised Internet bill from 59.99 to 64.99. If you call and ask to speak to retention they will lower the bill to 54.99 and upgrade your speed from 60 mbps to 100 mbps for free.
Call 855-757-7328 and say speak with agent. Say speak with agent again. When you get a human say "Can I talk to the retention department please?". When retention answers complain about your bill.
