2 years ago when I needed a new showerhead I came here for advice on which one to get. Speakman was the brand that was suggested and so I picked up a VS-3011 Anystream. It was great for about 1.5 years. Then it started to leak around the seems, but still worked well. Suddenly 4 days ago the front broke off. I emailed customer support about it but I haven't heard from them. For those curious it's all plastic. Not claiming it's not a BIFL brand anymore but I thought it was an odd break to occur in a product that otherwise had a good reputation.
