Second post in DIY and naturally both have been about my cat.My cat isn't smart and he loves the outdoors. I am moving to an upper floor in my upcoming complex and unfortunately the patio doesn't have a screen.I don't think he'd really try plummeting to his death for a squirrel or bird, but he's stuck his neck out dangerously far on certain ledges with the same type of fence (thankfully he was on a leash), so I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing he was outside with his litter box potentially trying to fly.Edit: GIF of his climbing abilities - http://ift.tt/2nI74Vk's a picture of the exact patio I'll be moving into, it's either the second or third floor: http://ift.tt/2ndgNPW help, he can't jump high enough to just get up on the top. He isn't good at climbing either but whatever material I'm using, I'd rather keep as hard to climb as possible. See gif above for the maximum of his climbing abilities. And if it's not obvious, I'll be closely monitoring him before I leave him alone with any methods.State: GA via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2neZrmi
