I picked up my first W&B flannel over the summer, and picked up one of these, too. I like the one I have quite a bit: better-constructed than regular J. Crew, thick, warm, and not baggy (wouldn't quite call it slim ...). Derek at Die, Workwear! recently wrote about W&B flannels, too.
