Long story short I need to sand the frames of outside windows and repaint them before Saturday. Any unit this thread recommends? Also, do I need to apply something to the frames before painting? (Part of me thinks so since it's outdoors and it rains frequently) via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2mPOYg7
