We recently moved to Franklin County, Tennessee. We used to get all our bulk groceries from Winco, but there aren't any out here.
What I'm looking for is spices by the pound, dried beans (less than 25# bags), etc.
I'm wondering if the reason I can't find stores that do loose bulk selling is because of a state law or something. Any ideas?
