So I'm considering taking a job that would require an hours commuting by car each way and would need to acquire a car for that. This is not going to be long term job--6 months at best. My feeling is that buying a cheap car outright would probably be best but I'm not sure I want to with all the hassle of insurance and registration etc.. Plus I'm not sure that with insurance payments it would work out cheaper. I was instead considering a long term rental or short term lease.. Is this even possible for 6 months? And more so can anyone educate me about what would work out best considering all the Thanks for your help!
