So I just started investing with Betterment. It's only been a couple weeks. I started with $600, and so far, I've ended every day with a loss. Granted, only usually $0.10-$0.20 worth of loss, but still. I log in today, and Betterment has a link to this video at the top:

Which basically says that "hey losses are normal short term". Is this BS? I wasn't expecting massive growth, but I was kind of expecting some growth. Even a few cents. I know zero about investing, so you guys tell me, is this normal? Is betterment a good place to put my money? Betterment set up my portfolio for 40% bonds, 60% stocks.
