Hi, I can't help but notice tremendous demand in renting -- lot of construction and condos being built and rented (I see this in Bay Area, California -- but I guess the same is happening in most other major cities in US).
What kind of stocks/ETFs could I buy to profit off this phenomenon? Is it REITs? Real Estate Management Companies? Builders?
Appreciate any thoughts.
