I recently acquired a brand new food saver as a gift. While I have wanted one for a while I didn't care for the cost. Now I have one and it was free! So what should I use it with? What has everybody found lasts the best? I don't want to start blindly bulk shopping as I feel that's money possibly wasted as I might buy impractical items since I have the foodsaver. I was thinking more like batch cooking and freezing it. like mixing up meatloaf then separating it into 2 loaf. But should I cook it first or raw? Any experiences, advice, recipes are appreciated
