I just got this for myself, two friends called and got it as well.
My $49 promotional rate for 75mb internet expired and my rate jumped to $79. I called to cancel and was quickly offered 1 year for $39.99, same speed. It includes TV so I have to accept the box, but there are no hardware fees or installation fees. As long as you properly document the box return at the end of the year, no harm done.
